Who We Are
Garden Apartments
Rockwood Heights is a family run garden apartment complex located in Rockaway Boro, NJ. It has been owned and managed by the Hollstein Family since 1960. 7 of the 9 buildings were build by Gus Sr., and the last two build by Gus Jr and his children. We have had countless people over the years join us as part of our family.
Community
At Rockwood Heights our family takes a personal interest in our properties and are aware of the importance to know each tenant; this allows a more cohesive and community-like atmosphere and also promotes long-term relationships at the complexes. Communication with our residents is a high priority so we can most effectively meet their needs. Residents can reach us by social media, our Website, email, or via phone.

BUILDING 1
Consists of 3 -Studio/1BA Units and 3 -2BR/1BA Units.
Sewer and Garbage are paid by Landlord.
Cable/Phone/Internet- Choice of Verizon or Optonline paid by resident
Units 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D
Completed in 2019 we added 2- 2BR units and 2- 1BR units.
The new units are with separate metered utilities paid for by the resident. Water, Electric and Gas.

The 4 new units include washer and dryer in the units.
An additional parking lot was added and to be used by all residents in Building 1.
The 4 new units 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D are NO SMOKING and NO PET Units.
